PROJECT 9B : DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL   

Student must do a report of Development Proposal of  The Batu Ferringhi Information Centre.
This report must included the following element :

1. Purpose, goal, and objective
2. Background study and site analysis 
3. Proposed design development 
4. Construction method, material selection, and building services
5. Element cost analysis
6. Project scheduling

       

PROJECT 9C : CONCEPTUAL MODEL

The conceptual model in 1:50 scale.
The concept model is piano.
The concept interior is futuristic and modern.
